Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years of legal experience with significant in-house leadership experience in commercial contracting, deep expertise in healthcare payer contracts, provider agreements, and regulatory frameworks, and experience establishing efficient commercial contracting processes in high-growth healthcare or healthcare technology companies. A strong understanding of healthcare-compliant commercial relationships that accommodate multi-state regulatory requirements is also required.

Responsibilities

As Associate General Counsel, Commercial and Corporate, you will serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on commercial contracting and corporate governance, build and lead a high-performing commercial legal team while developing scalable contracting operations, develop and implement efficient processes for negotiating, reviewing, and managing agreements with insurance payers and healthcare providers, create standardized contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and approval workflows to support rapid scaling, establish and oversee contract lifecycle management systems and reporting metrics, and partner cross-functionally with our Payer, Finance, and Operations teams to enable growth while managing risk.
