Confidence to take delegated tasks and seek clarification when needed
Willingness to complete a broad range of administrative responsibilities

Responsibilities

Lead and manage onsite and external vendors providing site services for employee experience
Coordinate operational setup for remote sites and build-out of new office/common areas
Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to ensure site alignment
Evaluate daily priorities and product allocations to support customer orders and internal requests
Work closely with Financial Facilities Specialist (FFS) for accurate financial reporting, budget tracking, and invoicing
Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend improvements using LEAN principles
Generate metrics, reports, and escalate discrepancies as needed
Acquire and maintain understanding of technologies used in Illumina processes
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word effectively
Provide input into OpEx and CapEx budgets; assist procurement with RFP processes and vendor quotes
Read and interpret contracts (MSAs, SOWs, Amendments)
