Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage onsite and external vendors providing site services for employee experience
  • Coordinate operational setup for remote sites and build-out of new office/common areas
  • Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to ensure site alignment
  • Evaluate daily priorities and product allocations to support customer orders and internal requests
  • Work closely with Financial Facilities Specialist (FFS) for accurate financial reporting, budget tracking, and invoicing
  • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend improvements using LEAN principles
  • Generate metrics, reports, and escalate discrepancies as needed
  • Acquire and maintain understanding of technologies used in Illumina processes
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word effectively
  • Provide input into OpEx and CapEx budgets; assist procurement with RFP processes and vendor quotes
  • Read and interpret contracts (MSAs, SOWs, Amendments)
