Responsibilities

  • Drive in-year revenue growth by optimising go-to-market strategy for Airwallex products and channels, using local market knowledge (e.g., market research for new product opportunities, pricing analysis, data-driven vertical strategies, go-to-market experiments)
  • Lead growth expansion projects to expand Airwallex’ presence in EMEA by partnering with stakeholders across the business
  • Advocate for the ‘voice of the customer’, creating customer-centric strategies to improve experience, retention, and product adoption
  • Drive competitive intelligence and market understanding to ensure competitive GTM strategies and inform product-market fit
  • Shape product strategy to expand Airwallex’ product offering in EMEA, working with senior commercial and product leaders to bring new products to market
  • Lead a team to identify high-impact, cross-functional priorities and support delivery
