Responsibilities

  • Advise internal stakeholders (Product, Commercial, Legal teams) on regulatory matters throughout the Americas
  • Mitigate legal and regulatory risks while progressing business objectives
  • Support license maintenance: manage regulatory relations, requests for information, regulatory exams
  • Review and update manuals, policies, and procedures for compliance; identify efficiency opportunities
  • Manage and grow the regional AWX regulatory legal team across multiple jurisdictions
