Responsibilities

The Associate Director will design and implement the Public Affairs measurement and analytics framework, build executive dashboards, and translate data into strategic insights for senior leaders. Responsibilities include assisting with annual KPIs, dashboards, and impact reporting, partnering with data providers, and driving annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for Public Affairs. The role also involves supporting key initiatives through project management, serving as an internal consultant on strategy and metrics, leading competitive and functional benchmarking, tracking competitor activities and public sentiment, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to align insights with positioning efforts.
