Responsibilities

Own the Complex Care Product Portfolio
Drive strategy and execution across SpringWorks and Specialty Care
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define, measure, and continuously improve care delivery
Lead and grow a high-performing product team
Set a clear product roadmap and define success metrics
Build and evolve care delivery workflows
Collaborate with engineering and design to productize manual workflows
Partner with Specialty Care Strategy and Sales to bring differentiated offerings to market
Drive alignment across operations and sales teams
Ensure Complex Care products are launched, adopted, and deliver tangible improvements
