Candidates need a graduate degree in any discipline (preferably B. Pharm or B.Sc.) and an MBA from a reputed university, plus 10-12 years of sales experience with 1-3 years in progressive sales management or marketing. A proven track record as NSM or ZSM in at least two zones, exposure to Rx and OTC products, and experience in retail-driven trade are preferred.
