Candidates should have extensive experience in hematology/oncology and allogeneic bone marrow transplant sales or marketing, with field-based marketing experience preferred. They should possess a fluency in leukemia and/or bone marrow transplant clinical areas, academic center account experience, and launch experience. A BA/BS degree in a related discipline is required, with an advanced degree (MA/MBA/PharmD) being preferred. The candidate must be able to travel approximately 50% of the time, including overnight travel.
The Associate Director, Market Development, East will design and execute KOL engagement strategies, manage HCP-facing responsibility for the Marketing team, leverage KOL insights to inform Brand strategy, manage regional marketing budget, identify and recruit KOL speakers, develop promotional speaker training, contribute to COE onboarding, create Brand strategy, develop Brand tactics, identify KOL champions, contribute to scientific education, integrate with regional cross-functional teams, interact with the Sales Force, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. They will also be responsible for congress strategy and execution, exhibit staffing, strategic sponsorship management, advisory board content and execution, and content creation.
