Requirements

  • Experience leading CRM strategies for fan engagement across email, SMS, and emerging platforms
  • Expertise in CRM segmentation, automation, and personalization to drive streaming, ticketing, and D2C e-commerce growth
  • Proficiency in using proprietary and 3rd-party CRM tools (e.g., Laylo, Klaviyo, Salesforce)
  • Strong data analytics skills for audience insights, campaign optimization, and performance reporting
  • Knowledge of global privacy regulations and compliance for consumer CRM
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Relationship Management, and other teams
  • Awareness of emerging CRM trends across music and other industries (e.g., Gaming, Sports, TV/Movies)

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of CRM strategies for fan lifecycle (acquisition, retention, conversion) across email, SMS, and emerging platforms
  • Drive CRM segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies in partnership with internal Product, Design & Engineering teams and 3rd-party tools
  • Partner with Relationship Management, Global Paid Media & Growth Strategy, Brand Marketing, and Marketing Strategy teams to integrate CRM into artist campaigns and educate on best practices
  • Own end-to-end CRM campaign execution, including planning, deployment, testing, performance tracking, and optimization using audience insights
  • Develop reporting frameworks to communicate campaign performance and learnings internally and externally
  • Collaborate with e-commerce/D2C teams to design campaigns driving product discovery and sales, implementing cross-channel automation
  • Test and refine email/SMS creative and strategy to maximize ROI on transactional campaigns
  • Oversee strategic use of CRM tools/platforms, identify innovation opportunities in content, automation, segmentation, and data enrichment
  • Ensure CRM strategies comply with global privacy regulations in collaboration with relevant teams
  • Support VP, Audience Development and SVP, Business Development & Emerging Technology in evaluating and trialing new fan CRM technologies
  • Monitor and educate on emerging CRM trends across industries
  • Partner cross-functionally to align CRM with release and company goals; serve as internal/external CRM thought leader providing best-practice guidance
