Significant technical expertise to review and approve complex design concepts

Responsibilities

Provides leadership in the development of new ideas, products, processes, and techniques
Directs through management team the completion of complex projects or programs within boundaries of quality, time, and budget
Provides technical direction to staff and fosters an environment of creativity and innovation
Manages Engineering Managers (Facilities, Utilities, Maintenance, Pest Control, CAPA, Steam, and other areas)
Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of Facilities, Utilities, Maintenance, Automation, Digitalization, and Steam areas
Carries out supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints
