Requirements

  • Relevant bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum five years of consumer marketing and analytics experience
  • Experience in leading different patient activation/consumer projects
  • Equivalent marketing/industry experience
  • Relevant education and experience in consumer marketing
  • Proven track record in designing and executing consumer marketing strategies
  • Ability to work in an agile team environment and adapt to shifting business priorities
  • Preferences
  • Previous experience leading or significantly participating in digital campaign development and media plan strategy and execution
  • Ability to be data-driven (inferred from truncated description)

Responsibilities

  • Represent needs of IBU alliance markets and requests from D&P alliance partners on newer capabilities of consumer marketing and B2B play with Global/IBU central teams
  • Partner with Lilly global marketing and IBU central teams to understand global DSE campaigns and WGLL for successful execution of these campaigns; enable D&P partners with these WGLL and best practices and cascade these learnings
  • Establish frameworks, structure, processes, and governance for working with Alliance partners; put together governance process to monitor success of various DSE campaigns of prioritized D&P partners – coach them on areas of opportunity and provide guidance on their requests to ensure best-in-class launch of these DSE campaigns
  • Build capabilities of D&P partners to elevate integrated consumer-first marketing and PESO strategies
  • Share best practices across Alliance partners and geographies
  • Operate in an agile team concept to execute responsibilities across therapy areas
