Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, demand forecasting, market access, and sales effectiveness teams to conduct ad-hoc analytics as required by business needs
  • Conduct company-level analyses and engage with China leadership and global BI&A colleagues to support long-term forecasting and strategic planning, including China 2030 strategy analytics
  • Manage and develop a team of senior managers specializing in IO forecasting and insight analytics
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing to enhance analytical capabilities and business impact
  • Lead forecasting and business insights for CV and Pipeline products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update business assumptions in response to market dynamics and company strategy
