Responsibilities

Reaching out to potential clients, mostly real estate developers, to understand their business strategy, future growth plan, and funding requirements
Advising clients on most suited strategic solutions for fund raising through different avenues, acquisition of land and constructed assets, and divestment of land and constructed assets
Originating transactions related to land acquisition, fund raising for projects, investment sales, and other structured deals at different stages of real estate business cycle, and securing mandates from clients
Closing originated transactions and collecting advisory fees from clients
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and drive business growth
Conducting thorough industry or market analyses, company profiles / portfolio analysis, thematic studies, pitch books, capital structure / liquidity analyses, cash flow modeling, market comparable analysis, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity assessments through in-depth primary and secondary research
Managing client and investor interactions, site visits
Preparing new databases and maintaining existing databases on a regular basis
Managing full project life cycle of Investment Banking solutions for clients in the Real Estate sector
