Responsibilities

  • Lead Taltz AS indication strategy development and execution, including generating indication strategy to reflect clear growth drivers
  • Gain deep customer insights and utilize them to guide Taltz AS brand strategy
  • Differentiate Taltz AS by defining clear Sales and Brand Positioning (SABP) and delivering sharp data and messaging to differentiate from competitors
  • Lead TL engagement and belief/behavior change in Taltz AS (Rheumatology), including customer solutions and communication strategies
  • Lead Taltz AS planning by developing and managing comprehensive planning, including customer plans, business plans, and operational plans with clear measurements (e.g., ATU, quarterly assessment)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Taltz AS, Olumiant RA, and other potential indications into the overall Rheumatology strategy and tactics
  • Manage and own the budget for Rheumatology initiatives
