Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, and have at least 7 years of experience in data management, Martech, or enterprise marketing technology. They should also have 3+ years of direct experience working with Adobe Real-Time CDP or equivalent CDPs, along with strong expertise in data cleansing, structuring, modeling, identity resolution, and segmentation logic, familiarity with ETL workflows, APIs, and real-time data syncs, and understanding of customer lifecycle and how data supports cross-channel engagement. Furthermore, candidates need to demonstrate familiarity with JavaScript, SQL, JSON, and cloud environments, and the Adobe Suite, and an understanding of privacy and compliance policies.

Responsibilities

The Associate Director will lead the strategy, roadmap, and implementation of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-Time CDP, manage CDP architecture, administration, and data governance documentation, partner with Martech engineers and IT to manage and optimize data pipelines, drive integration with Adobe platforms, guide audience segmentation and activation, translate business needs into CDP use cases, collaborate with privacy teams, monitor KPIs related to segment performance, serve as the primary SME for CDP capabilities, and conduct business validation and QA efforts. They will also communicate complex data concepts to stakeholders and influence the enterprise roadmap for the CDP system of record.
