Responsibilities

Lead Central Accelerator Program Operations (40%): Provide strategic and operational oversight of key workstreams for seamless delivery; oversee and improve workflows; develop documentation, SOPs, and escalation protocols; facilitate quality assurance to monitor fidelity and identify improvements
Design and Manage Scalable Program Systems (30%): Build and refine tools, templates, and systems for efficiency and standardization; serve as product owner for operational areas; track metrics and implement feedback loops
Enable and Support Cross-Functional Teams (20%): Lead onboarding, training, and capacity-building; serve as thought partner and resource for staff; develop scalable self-serve learning resources
Drive Continuous Improvement and Special Projects (10%): Analyze data, trends, and feedback for innovation and efficiency; collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Systems, Product Ops, Volunteer, External Affairs)
