  • Work hours: 9am-5pm US Pacific Time (Mon-Fri)
  • Work from office for initial 3 months (training phase), then hybrid schedule (2 days home/3 days in office)

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with US-based customers to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience, nurture relationships, and resolve issues to drive customer loyalty
  • Concurrently manage a variety of manufacturing orders with multiple customers and internal operations teams; prioritize and resolve top user requests to meet expectations for timing and quality
  • Gather, interpret, and communicate engineering, design, manufacturing, and logistics requirements to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full
  • Collaborate with sales and manufacturing operations teams to ensure successful delivery and advocate for customers throughout the project lifecycle, including post-delivery exceptions
  • Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout execution to ensure adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline
  • Identify improvement areas and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and define solutions to increase efficiency
