Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Work hours: 9am-5pm US Pacific Time (Mon-Fri)
Work from office for initial 3 months (training phase), then hybrid schedule (2 days home/3 days in office)
Agility, problem-solving skills, and customer service advocacy
Passion for putting customers first in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

Work closely with US-based customers to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience, nurture relationships, and resolve issues to drive customer loyalty
Concurrently manage a variety of manufacturing orders with multiple customers and internal operations teams; prioritize and resolve top user requests to meet expectations for timing and quality
Gather, interpret, and communicate engineering, design, manufacturing, and logistics requirements to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full
Collaborate with sales and manufacturing operations teams to ensure successful delivery and advocate for customers throughout the project lifecycle, including post-delivery exceptions
Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout execution to ensure adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline
Identify improvement areas and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and define solutions to increase efficiency
