Associate Counsel (SF) at Persona

The estimated base salary range is $125,000 - $150,000 per year, determined by factors like years of experience, expertise, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, the company offers competitive equity packages.

This role will be located in the San Francisco office, and you will be expected to be in the office three times per week.

Candidates need 2 or more years of relevant legal experience in a law firm or similar environment, a J.D. with active membership in at least one state bar, experience with commercial negotiation and drafting, good judgment, ability to learn quickly with minimal guidance, and ability to organize, prioritize, and manage projects effectively. Knowledge of privacy laws like CCPA and GDPR is a plus.
