Requirements
- Degree in accounting or finance

Responsibilities
- Analyze controls documentation and processes to identify potential issues and prevent control failures
- Ensure process documentation (SOP/DTP) is up-to-date
- Identify areas for process improvement
- Conduct compliance sessions to educate operation team members about phishing scams and other compliance-related risks to prevent fraudulent activity
- Analyze and resolve reported issues/incidents to minimize impact and prevent similar occurrences in the future
- Manage access to prevent misuse and fraudulent activities
- Identify areas of the process requiring change
