Responsibilities

Collaborate within small teams to help big brands answer and implement solutions for challenging strategic questions
Take ownership of deliverables and build external relationships with clients
Focus on technology and data, gaining exposure to industries like financial services, retail, restaurants, hospitality, and more
Participate in volunteer and team building experiences
Gain exposure to leadership team through networking sessions and speaker series
Build relationships with clients to understand business needs, seek strategic solutions, and guide impactful decisions
Receive hands-on mentorship from experienced management team and make meaningful contributions
Collaborate with colleagues across the organization, gaining exposure to business development, account management, and product management
For Strategy & Transformation track: Guide clients through strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational challenges in areas like product development, marketing, customer loyalty, and innovation; interface with Fortune 500 companies
For Marketing track: Develop strategies and lead implementation of marketing campaigns; evaluate results using customer, behavioral, and transactional data to drive performance
