Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business) or equivalent practical experience
  • Demonstrated interest in business analytics through coursework, projects, internships, or extracurricular activities
  • Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar) through coursework, projects, or internships
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) or willingness to learn quickly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage tasks and work with increasing autonomy
  • Strong communicator and collaborative team player

Responsibilities

  • Own analytics for tracking and reporting for the Commercial business across acquisition, expansion, and retention
  • Provide stakeholders with dashboards and reports on sales performance, customer engagement, and funnel metrics, identifying key insights and opportunities for optimization
  • Analyze dashboards, surface insights, and contribute recommendations to stakeholders
  • Track the impact of implemented recommendations on performance
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide data-based insights and recommendations to Commercial sales and customer success stakeholders
  • Support strategy, implementation, and reporting of A/B testing and experimentation
  • Help business stakeholders answer their own questions using reports & dashboards
