  • Min Finance/Accounting/Admin Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience in finance and trade spending
  • Understanding of the commercial value chain (sales in trade business)
  • Understanding of customer service, finance administrative
  • Ability to learn and understand process, technologies and business strategies quickly
  • Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs
  • Must demonstrate good judgement and pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities
  • Strong customer facing skills, with the ability to translate complicated technical finance needs for various non-finance audiences
  • Excellent ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and build consensus, understanding the different priorities in various teams/departments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with Sales Team for both Trade and Ethical business for trade spending management/settlement
  • Verify all related documents from distributor aligned with approved business plan, relevant contracts agreement for payment process
  • Assure timely payment to distributor to avoid any operational impacts due to delayed payment process
  • Assure the compliance of corporate finance payment process
  • Month-end closing preparation pertaining to Claims, accrual consolidation & outstanding review/reconciliation
  • Timely update of Trade Spending tracker
  • Support outstanding trade claim reconciliation with distributors (monthly)
  • Monthly trade spend KPI/dashboard
  • Monthly Claim Aging Report by Account
  • Ensuring Hygiene checks in Exceedra Tool
  • Support team on any initiatives and simplification project (Exceedra)
  • Support Claim Process between Distributors and Abbott Nutrition as principal
  • Ensure the claim is processed as per business requirements
  • Drive support on end-to-end trade spend management via Exceedra system and manage the service levels & liaise with internal and external stakeholders (Exceedra IT Team, FP&A, CFS, Sales Team, Distributor, etc.) as required
