Requirements

  • Professional diploma in fields such as nursing, biomedical engineering, or surgical instrumentors
  • Two years of experience in patient management, clinical commercial processes, operating room experience with neuromodulation, and pelvic processes
  • Excellent customer service and patient management skills
  • Knowledge and handling of tools such as the Office package
  • Intermediate English and prior experience in medical device companies (desirable)
  • High adaptability, with great willingness and quick learning capacity
  • Creative mindset oriented to solutions, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team, with a collaborative and customer-oriented focus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting business relationships

Responsibilities

  • Provides clinical support in neuromodulation and Pelvic Health procedures for the Antioquia territory
  • Performs institutional education and consulting
  • Provides field support to personnel in service delivery for Medtronic clients to achieve the best possible results
  • Associates with sales colleagues to develop and execute sales plans within one or more business units
  • Participates in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product knowledge
  • Collaborates closely with the regional clinical lead team, clinical and commercial management to provide case support to clients and sales support
  • Identifies and facilitates the execution of sales growth opportunities and clinical support team
  • Serves as a technical resource to support sales of a specific medical product or solution
  • Other tasks may be assigned
