Requirements

  • High School Diploma PLUS a minimum 4 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales or work experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science or computing
  • OR Associate’s Degree PLUS a minimum 2 years of work experience in the healthcare, field sales or work experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science or computing
  • OR Bachelor’s Degree
  • Reside within the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area territory
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to be independently mobile, interact with a computer, and communicate with peers and co-workers

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical, educational, operational and sales support to assist the district in meeting CRHF sales and customer service objectives
  • Deliver and/or manage projects assigned and work with other stakeholders to achieve desired results
  • Act as a mentor to colleagues or direct the work of other lower level professionals
  • Spend the majority of time delivering and overseeing projects from design to implementation while adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills
  • Work independently with general supervision on larger, moderately complex projects/assignments
  • Set objectives for own job area to meet the objectives of projects and assignments
  • Contribute to the completion of project milestones and may have some involvement in cross functional assignments
  • Make adjustments or recommend enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area
  • Communicate primarily and frequently with internal contacts; external interactions are less complex or problem solving in nature
  • Provide guidance and assistance to entry level professionals and/or employees in Support Career Stream
