Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited reputable institution
  • 1 – 2 years of sales experience preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 75% (primarily domestic)
  • Solid knowledge in science and medical devices industry
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, including managing complex surgical procedures, attention to detail, and orchestrating multiple professionals
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and exercise independent judgment in planning, organizing, and performing work
  • Maintain trained status and comply with PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System and EHS policy

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and clinical support for the AQUABEAM Robotic System
  • Provide surgeon and staff training, in-service support, and clinical assistance for existing and potential customers
  • Perform field service support including system installations, repairs, and software upgrades
  • Provide medical professionals with product training, support, information, and staff education, in-services, and technical troubleshooting
  • Work closely with Clinical Specialist, Professional Education, and Sales & Marketing teams to design, develop, and facilitate training for sites and internal/external customers
  • Ensure Professional Education programs run efficiently, are effective, and compliant with regulatory standards
  • Provide instruction to surgeons and participants in formal classroom and field settings
  • Troubleshoot product issues in the field and respond to staff and customer product issues
  • Support the team to ensure presentations are consistent with company goals/objectives and compliant with indications for use
  • Provide customer feedback to Marketing on product design and customer utilization needs
  • Build a strong clinical background and understanding to support Surgeons and Healthcare Professionals
  • Work closely with various Procept teams on system modifications or field-based requirements specific to the AQUABEAM Robotic System
