1-2 years of client support experience (advantage)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English)

Open to work in varying shifts (may include weekends and holidays on rotation; 5 days a week; aligned with APAC or EMEA coverage)

Responsibilities

Deliver the best client experience while doing support and finance-related research
Be the client’s advocate in getting the best possible solution to their inquiries and partner with clients to ensure issues are fully resolved and they maximize products’ potential
Be a channel for client feedback (coordinate with teams to resolve inquiries, help content teams with accuracy via real-time feedback, echo client ideas to Product Management)
Conduct platform trainings for prospect and existing clients
Answer client inquiries and provide assistance with products and platforms
