Responsibilities

  • Deliver the best client experience while doing support and finance-related research
  • Be the client’s advocate in getting the best possible solution to their inquiries and partner with clients to ensure issues are fully resolved and they maximize products’ potential
  • Be a channel for client feedback (coordinate with teams to resolve inquiries, help content teams with accuracy via real-time feedback, echo client ideas to Product Management)
  • Conduct platform trainings for prospect and existing clients
  • Answer client inquiries and provide assistance with products and platforms
