Responsibilities
- Manage small business renewal accounts from start to finish
- Log client data
- Evaluate insurance needs
- Create effective risk management solutions designed to meet clients’ financial goals
- Broking/quoting for renewals
- Prioritize client retention and communication
- Complete binding and policy management tasks
- Facilitate the policy marketing, quoting, and underwriting process on renewals
- Deliver accurate quotes that meet or exceed client requests
- Foster relationships with various insurance carriers and act as the liaison between current clients and carriers, as well as wholesalers
- Identify account rounding opportunities to provide better coverage for the client by reducing gaps and potential exposure to risk
- Provide exceptional customer service, including answering client inquiries and questions, handling policy changes/endorsements, billing issues, and issuing certificates of insurance
- Compile and prepare all relevant document bundles to bind client insurance policies, as well as collecting payment
- Update and improve upon internal information management systems, including Salesforce
