Responsibilities

  • Manage small business renewal accounts from start to finish
  • Log client data
  • Evaluate insurance needs
  • Create effective risk management solutions designed to meet clients’ financial goals
  • Broking/quoting for renewals
  • Prioritize client retention and communication
  • Complete binding and policy management tasks
  • Facilitate the policy marketing, quoting, and underwriting process on renewals
  • Deliver accurate quotes that meet or exceed client requests
  • Foster relationships with various insurance carriers and act as the liaison between current clients and carriers, as well as wholesalers
  • Identify account rounding opportunities to provide better coverage for the client by reducing gaps and potential exposure to risk
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering client inquiries and questions, handling policy changes/endorsements, billing issues, and issuing certificates of insurance
  • Compile and prepare all relevant document bundles to bind client insurance policies, as well as collecting payment
  • Update and improve upon internal information management systems, including Salesforce
