Responsibilities
- Manages all policy activity and stewardship aspects in assigned book of business
- Analyzes and reports on relevant claims data for larger accounts, identifying trends and comparing client data to industry benchmarks
- Ensures client compliance with respect to benefits and serves as an informed resource to clients on the impact of the ACA and future government changes
- Maintains current knowledge of government regulations (FMLA, COBRA, ACA, ERISA, etc.) and ensures legal compliance
- Fulfills reporting and compliance requirements
- Promotes a culture of vigilance, accountability, collaboration, and client satisfaction
- Maintains accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail when interacting with clients, the firm, and insurance partners
- Manages large accounts independently
- Reviews existing accounts to identify opportunities for additional insurance lines or changes
- Cultivates strong relationships with insurance company partners
- Manages various priorities and adapts to changing job responsibilities
- Identifies opportunities to improve firm processes and brings issues to leadership
- Completes special projects as assigned
