Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business and/or marketing
  • 2+ years prior industry experience in consumer product goods (CPG) or pharmaceutical

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of short- and medium-term brand strategy for Benefiber
  • Support Social Connected Commerce to drive consumers down the purchase funnel
  • Measure performance and identify drivers and drainers across the business to drive marketing effectiveness and consumption growth
  • Partner with cross functional teams to deliver best in class forecasting
  • Develop strategies, tactics, and lead execution of national brand programs, including consumer promotion, social media, digital ecosystem management, and shopper programs designed to engage consumers at retail
  • Develop and manage all packaging graphics updates
  • Help drive e-commerce strategy and tactics in line with brand strategy
  • Help execution of robust innovation pipeline
  • Plan, implement, analyze and optimize all promotion marketing activities including in-store displays, FSIs, dFSIs, Shelf Talk, review generation and sampling ensuring these down the funnel activations are in synch with overall brand strategies and goals
  • Lead continuous improvement across all these areas and look for opportunities to drive increased sales lift for each class of trade
