Requirements

  • High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 1 year) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Confidence to handle sensitive information and data effectively
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results

Responsibilities

  • Upon request, pulls vendor invoice copies from the system to serve as supporting documents to clients
  • Performs a check on each invoice, makes sure no confidential information is being disposed to the customer and whites out such sensitive details
  • Downloads and prepares reports based on data from the ERP system
  • Supports the Billing team with sending invoices to clients through different online portals
  • Performs general administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate department records, faxing, filing, photocopying, and scanning
