Requirements

High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 1 year) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Good organizational and time management skills
Confidence to handle sensitive information and data effectively
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results
Good written and oral communications skills
Excellent Command of English language (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

Upon request, pulls vendor invoice copies from the system to serve as supporting documents to clients
Performs a check on each invoice, makes sure no confidential information is being disposed to the customer and whites out such sensitive details
Downloads and prepares reports based on data from the ERP system
Supports the Billing team with sending invoices to clients through different online portals
Performs general administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate department records, faxing, filing, photocopying, and scanning
