About the Position

  • Role: Associate Account Manager
  • Team: Brand Partnerships
  • Focus: Supporting the Senior Partner Account Manager in maintaining relationships with the company’s largest partners. This includes providing marketing campaign expertise and skillful project management to deliver above and beyond customer service. The role also offers the opportunity to work towards independent coverage of SMB accounts.
  • Reporting To: Senior Partner Account Manager
  • Future Growth: Exceptional candidates will be mentored with the goal of covering larger accounts in the future.
  • Collaboration: Will partner with Data Scientists and other Account Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide marketing campaign expertise to partners.
  • Manage projects related to partner campaigns.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to partners.
  • Support the Senior Partner Account Manager in covering Vetcove’s biggest partners.
  • Potentially manage independent coverage of SMB accounts.
