The Associate Account Manager on Vetcove’s Brand Partnerships team plays a crucial role in supporting and maintaining relationships with our most significant partners. This involves providing expertise in marketing campaigns and excelling in project management to deliver exceptional customer service. This position offers a unique opportunity to build and manage key client relationships, become a knowledgeable expert on our platform and products, and serve as the primary contact for partners throughout the campaign lifecycle. Reporting to a Senior Account Manager, this role will initially focus on supporting the management of Vetcove’s largest partners, with the potential to manage SMB accounts independently over time. Exceptional candidates will receive mentorship from their managers, with the long-term goal of managing larger accounts.
This role requires close collaboration with our Data Scientists and other Account Managers to foster client relationships, educate advertisers, implement strategic marketing campaigns, and manage the creation and delivery of key performance insights and recommendations aligned with campaign objectives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses the drive and capability to thrive in a high-growth environment. Strong collaboration skills and a preference for client-facing roles are essential. Success in this position hinges on robust project management skills with a strong emphasis on client service, and the ability to excel in a dynamic, team-oriented setting while meeting partner goals and objectives.
