Home Base: Candidates should reside in the Chicago area. Northern Indiana will be considered. Territory: Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Missouri.

As an Associate Account Executive, you will be a key representative of Baxter and our products, building trust and driving results. Your deep understanding of our portfolio and belief in its value will fuel your confidence. You will form relationships with healthcare professionals, acting as the primary connection to Baxter's solutions and providing valuable insights to your team and cross-functional partners.


Your Role at Baxter

  • Take ownership of day-to-day interactions with select existing customers.
  • Build relationships and drive sales growth within your assigned accounts.
  • Conduct in-servicing for accounts on the accurate use of products, services, and reports.
  • Help achieve company goals and objectives within your Region under the mentorship of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
  • Be the go-to person for a subset of accounts and established accounts, focusing on Primary Care and Value-Based Care for protect and grow activities.
    • Protect Activity: Ensure accounts continue to prescribe the Bardy CAM patch at the same rate or more each month.
    • Grow Activity: Identify and win over new prescribers within established accounts to drive incremental growth.
  • Influence decision-making through consulting and sales efforts, including presentations and discussions about CAM products and reports.
  • Understand and explain reports, assisting physicians in best utilizing them for patient care.
  • Manage inventory for assigned accounts, including ordering and regular auditing.
  • Conduct staff training, including in-servicing on patch application and accurate use of BDX Connect.
  • Develop an effective routing schedule to reach each account based on prescribing levels and frequency needed to maintain business.
  • Take ownership of growing the business within your assigned existing customer base by selling the benefits of our solutions.
