Candidates must have demonstrated experience leading an end-to-end sales process, ideally in B2B SaaS, and a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets and quotas. Solid organizational skills, strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a self-driven and results-oriented mindset, a team player attitude with a competitive spirit, and a commitment to data hygiene and leveraging available tools and resources are also required.
The Account Executive will own the full sales cycle from lead to close, including outbound prospecting, conducting 30 cold calls daily to generate 3 self-sourced meetings weekly, and meeting prospects in person 1-3 days a week to build relationships and demonstrate product value. Responsibilities also include traveling to events and conferences to meet key law firm decision-makers and close deals, and consistently communicating with other cross-functional team members.
