Associate Account Coordinator at Arrive Logistics

The Associate Account Coordinator will utilize various communication tools such as Ring Central, ARRIVEnow, email, Slack, and text to update systems and communicate with drivers and dispatchers, handle inbound and outbound calls, provide assistance to ring groups, become knowledgeable in visibility tools, accurately enter and update information in tracking software, achieve daily metrics, follow company SOPs and standards, communicate with internal departments, ensure timely load updates, manage and schedule appointments, exemplify assertiveness to identify and solve issues, gain knowledge of the transportation industry, guarantee quality communication, and escalate administrative inquiries to the team lead/manager.
