Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

Responsibilities

Coordinate activities across multiple cross-functional IT teams, ensuring project dependencies are identified and communicated
Develop and review detailed project plans, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), resource loading, dependencies, and milestones
Plan and manage project budgets, track actuals, mitigate overspend, and optimize resource utilization
Provide timely updates to management on risks, issues, budget status, and project timelines
Analyze cross-project interdependencies to optimize scope, schedule, and resource allocation
Identify and evaluate project-related issues and recommend solutions under moderate supervision
Provide oversight and direction to project team members to ensure quality and timely delivery
Build productive internal working relationships, with occasional external stakeholder interaction
Apply company policies and procedures to resolve project-related challenges and make informed decisions
