Requirements

At least 15+ years of experience in performing security engineering and assessments of complex systems with AI / ML / Data Science capabilities and services
10+ years leading and managing diverse technical teams
5+ years minimum experience in third-party risk management or risk consulting
Cybersecurity expert with hands-on experience implementing security protocols to safeguard AI systems
Deep understanding of Cyber Security frameworks, methodologies, and industry best practices
Track record of staying current with trends, techniques, tools, and processes that drive improvement of Cyber Security posture
Ability to assess and articulate risks from a business standpoint
Sense of urgency and attention to detail
Operate in a fast-paced, dynamic, and geographically matrixed teams
Flexible to provide coverage in US morning hours
Proven project management skills and experience
Team-oriented thinking with demonstrated ability to produce high-quality work
SANS, ISC2, ISACA, or other relevant certifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, information systems, engineering, commerce or cybersecurity

Responsibilities

Design and develop security protocols to protect AI systems from malicious actors
Monitor AI systems and networks to detect potential security threats
Develop tools and processes to analyze security threats and vulnerabilities
Create and implement strategies to protect AI systems from cyber-attacks
Research emerging technologies in AI security and evaluate their effectiveness
Develop secure coding standards and best practices for AI-related projects
Audit existing AI systems for security risks and compliance
Provide technical guidance to developers on secure coding practices
Work with stakeholders to ensure secure deployment of AI systems
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of AI security principles and practices
Conduct AI solution architecture assessments to ensure proper security controls
Design, implement, and plan tests for AI adversarial testing
Develop and implement AI content and responsible AI filtering mechanisms
Handle sensitive data securely within AI solutions
Lead and manage a team of 10+ experienced professionals in AT&T India
Oversee, manage and support day-to-day operations, including various projects, tasks and initiatives
Continuously collaborate with US and India Cyber Security leadership teams and other stakeholders on engineering and operational matters
