Assoc Dir, System Engineer at IQVIA

The position is based at the Shinagawa office with a basic office attendance requirement.

Candidates must have over 10 years of experience in internal IT operations, over 5 years of project management experience, experience with M&A projects or IT integration, knowledge of IT audits or internal controls, experience with IT for office moves/openings/closures, experience defining and adjusting business requirements with departments, PM experience in domestic and international projects, and business-level Japanese and English communication skills.
