Responsibilities

  • Lead M&A responses: Conduct IT due diligence for acquired companies, formulate and execute integration plans (infrastructure, applications, security, employee experience), design post-integration operations, and collaborate with global teams
  • Project management: Plan, promote, and manage IT-related projects at Japan sites, including IT setup and removal for GRE (Global Real Estate)-related office moves, openings, and closures
  • Business Engagement Manager (BEM): Identify IT needs from each department, collaborate with global IT teams to implement optimal solutions, including requirements definition, prioritization, Japanese-English translation, and progress management
  • Audit response: Prepare and respond to IT audits related to internal controls, security, and compliance
  • IT asset and infrastructure management: Manage and operate networks, AV equipment, security, and IT assets
  • Act as a bridge between global and local teams, providing strategic and practical leadership across multiple areas
