Requirements

Expertise in Tulip for shop floor application development, design, deployment, and ensuring user-friendliness aligned with manufacturing best practices
Proficiency in data management, including collection, validation, accuracy, integrity, and availability for analytics and reporting
Experience with system integration using MuleSoft and middleware for ERP, MES, LIMS, and other enterprise systems, including monitoring and issue resolution
Strong technology leadership skills, including developing roadmaps, mentoring teams, and evaluating emerging technologies
Knowledge of governance, compliance with regulatory standards, data security, company IT policies, and documentation practices

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Tulip applications for shop floor operations
Collaborate with global stakeholders and process owners to translate requirements into scalable Tulip solutions
Oversee collection, validation, and management of shop floor data in Tulip
Partner with analytics teams to enable actionable insights for operational improvement
Drive integration of Tulip with enterprise systems (ERP, MES, LIMS) using MuleSoft and middleware
Ensure seamless data flow, maintain integration health, and resolve issues proactively
Develop and execute a technology roadmap for shop floor digital transformation
Mentor and guide technical teams in application development, data management, and integration
Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance shop floor execution and manufacturing efficiency
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, data security, and IT policies
Maintain documentation of applications, data flows, and integration architecture
