Responsibilities

  • Realização das atividades administrativas do produto (contratos de HCPs, Cotas, etc)
  • Interagir com a Equipe de Vendas suportando o time nas necessidades da marca e do negócio
  • Contatos com as agência de marketing, fluxo de aprovação em sistemas J&J e coordenar a disponibilização dos materiais promocionais
  • Suporte ao time na operacionalização dos grandes eventos
  • Suporte nas apresentações (PPT)
  • Suporte em ações relacionadas a mini meeting (Suporte na construção do slide deck, materiais de suporte, gestão de speakers e suporte do time de campo e pré-validação de aulas dentro do prazo)
  • Suporte em Classificação e acompanhamento budget
