- Persönliche und fachliche Entwicklung deiner bis zu 20 Mitarbeitenden verantwortlich
- Beitrag zum wirtschaftlichen Erfolg des Stores und dessen kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung als Teil des Store Management Teams
- Optimale Warenbewirtschaftung der Fläche und Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung deiner KPIs gemeinsam mit dem Team
- Betrachtung des Stores aus Kundensicht und Schaffung der idealen Shopping-Atmosphäre mit den Mitarbeitenden
- Verantwortung für 360° Personalthemen, von Einstellung über kennzahlenbasierte Einsatzplanung bis hin zur Ausbildung und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender
