Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field, preferred
Retail management experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
Experience in inventory management and POS systems
Ability to lead, develop, and train teams
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Problem-solving abilities
Commitment to meet and exceed desired expectations

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day retail operations and staff, including opening and/or closing sporting events, family events, and concerts
Develop merchandising and visual presentation strategies
Review sales data and inventory trends
Prepare and maintain accurate inventory records, and adjust inventory if required
Coordinate product needs for location replenishment with warehouse department
Ensure compliance with Comcast Spectacor and venue-specific guidelines
Assist in training of employees and team performance
Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, and fitting room to ensure a safe environment
Draft schedules for retail locations to be reviewed and approved by retail leadership
Promote an environment that empowers others, nurtures education, and elevates team culture and customer experience
Understand and apply Operating Principles
Own the customer experience and make customers promoters of products and services
Be enthusiastic learners, users, and advocates of technology, products, and services
Win as a team by collaborating and being open to new ideas
