Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field, preferred
  • Retail management experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Experience in inventory management and POS systems
  • Ability to lead, develop, and train teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Commitment to meet and exceed desired expectations

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day retail operations and staff, including opening and/or closing sporting events, family events, and concerts
  • Develop merchandising and visual presentation strategies
  • Review sales data and inventory trends
  • Prepare and maintain accurate inventory records, and adjust inventory if required
  • Coordinate product needs for location replenishment with warehouse department
  • Ensure compliance with Comcast Spectacor and venue-specific guidelines
  • Assist in training of employees and team performance
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, and fitting room to ensure a safe environment
  • Draft schedules for retail locations to be reviewed and approved by retail leadership
  • Promote an environment that empowers others, nurtures education, and elevates team culture and customer experience
  • Understand and apply Operating Principles
  • Own the customer experience and make customers promoters of products and services
  • Be enthusiastic learners, users, and advocates of technology, products, and services
