Real Estate Associate

- Mid-level (3 to 4 years)
Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, have at least one year of relevant work experience, and demonstrate less than one year of supervisory experience. Familiarity with various computer systems, including Microsoft Office, is required, as well as outstanding verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service skills, superb attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and be trained.
The Assistant Property Manager will monitor collections, post rent payments, enforce the collection policy, and initiate legal action when required, facilitate all aspects of apartment leasing including touring, processing applications, and negotiating lease renewals, provide exceptional customer service by responding to resident issues and complaints, assist in physical and financial management as needed, act as Property Manager in absence of the Manager, prepare financial reports, monitor the flow of accounts payable, and maintain resident correspondence and recertification notices.
