A Part A licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
5+ years of pharmacy experience, with leadership or management experience preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to lead, support, and coach staff

Proficiency in Kroll and comfort working with pharmacy management systems

Responsibilities

Support hiring, scheduling, and performance management to build a high-performing pharmacy team
Take charge of onboarding, training, and team development, including creating SOPs and reference materials
Oversee daily workflow and uphold compliance with federal/provincial regulations and company standards
Step in as pharmacist-in-charge, liaising with regulators, auditors, and third parties as needed
Participate in performance evaluations and foster a feedback-rich, growth-oriented environment
Collaborate on supply management, inventory audits, and asset upkeep
Supervise prescription preparation and dispensing, ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality
Provide expert medication consultations and support clinical services
Lead reporting and resolution of prescription incidents with a proactive mindset
Help shape a team culture rooted in collaboration, compassion, and continuous improvement
