Responsibilities

Pipeline management including daily cleanup and phone calls
Perform daily session audits on complimentary and paid services, providing timely and constructive feedback
Support relationships with Operations and Sales using Chalk Talk as a guide
Assist with business performance by supporting the monthly action plan
Hold the team accountable for branded, quality member interactions (e.g., Fitness Specialist Hours, Special Events)
Collaborate with Personal Training Manager to craft and execute monthly trainers’ forum (meeting)
Champion Personal Training service standards by engaging in Club Membership for feedback and best practices
Maintain PT presentation standards (Bio Boards, Nametags, Uniforms)
Support team payroll and ensure time & attendance compliance
Performance management (formal and informal) of Coaches
Equifit administration and communications
Support new Coach onboarding, administration, and logistics
Demonstrate sharpening business acumen to increase profitability
Support all operational SOPs including administrative duties for client outreach and staff accountabilities
Engage in and provide feedback on the 3-6 month pilot effectiveness, with review for continuation or comparable role placement
