Responsibilities

  • Oversee individual team members day to day operations including support of personal matters, leave requests, career developments, quarterly reviews and any other support colleagues may require
  • Oversee overall operation of the team workflow, ensuring all tasks are worked on, escalating any shortfalls / backlogs, and mitigating workloads where feasible
  • Primary internal and external customer contact, able to provide advice and expertise
  • Support all projects by initiating working groups to discuss requirements guided by the principal, capturing requirements / user stories, and ensuring UAT is efficiently maintained to support the project. Ensure sufficient training is met, along with documented workflows
  • Continuously and proactively improve overall quality within the database area of responsibility and report quality metrics to the director levels
  • Be capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Sets priorities for and coaches associates to meet deadlines
  • Impacts the level of service and the team's ability to meet quality, volume, and timeliness objectives within their area
  • Uses judgment to identify and resolve day-to-day problems
  • Uses tact and diplomacy to exchange information and address sensitive issues
  • Communicates or interacts effectively with others
