Assistant Controller

The Assistant Controller will oversee and improve month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role involves managing core accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, benefits, revenue recognition, and tax compliance. The Assistant Controller will lead and develop the accounting team, manage equity incentive plans, and oversee revenue recognition and system integrations in compliance with IFRS 15. They will prepare financial reports and variance analyses, support technical accounting matters with memos, coordinate the preparation of annual financial statements, and act as a key contact for external auditors. Additionally, the role includes leveraging AI-driven solutions to optimize accounting workflows.
