Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and hold a CPA certification. A minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience is required, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory capacity. Prior experience with multi-entity consolidated reporting structures, strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls, and experience with Netsuite, Salesforce, and advanced Excel are essential. The ability to troubleshoot system errors, exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail, are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Accounting Manager will oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. They will manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, prepare critical reconciliations, and ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls. Responsibilities also include leading system implementations, preparing financial reports and management presentations, coordinating annual audits, mentoring accounting team members, implementing process improvements, and providing technical accounting guidance for complex transactions.
