The Center Manager will lead day-to-day operations, build relationships with families, and monitor student learning and satisfaction. They will also promote the center through outreach and partnerships, convert trial students to enrollments, and work with the Growth Team to achieve targets. Additionally, the role involves recruiting and training tutors, fostering a positive team culture, ensuring team quality through feedback and coaching, and contributing to system and process improvements through collaboration with HQ departments.
