Prépares un Bac +4/5 en Commerce International, Management des Achats, Gestion de Projet ou Management du Retail / Distribution
Recherche une alternance de 2 ans (poste basé à Lezennes – 59)
Rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et doté(e) d’un bon esprit d’équipe
Sait gérer plusieurs dossiers en parallèle et interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés
Une première expérience en gestion de projet ou dans un environnement international est un vrai plus
Maîtrise des outils informatiques : Business Objects (BO), Nodhos (ERP interne Kiabi), Pack Office avec une excellente maîtrise d’Excel (+++)
L’anglais est un atout (non indispensable)

Responsibilities

Suivi des commandes : Passage hebdomadaire des commandes via Webstore, suivi avec l’entrepôt des commandes magasins (ouvertures, rénovations, opérations), alerte en cas de rupture ou dysfonctionnement, suivi des demandes Webstore (SAV, demandes diverses) et communication avec les pays
Investissements pays annuels : Accompagnement à la mise en place des budgets et calculs de besoins, suivi des réceptions conteneurs et coordination avec l’entrepôt, préparation des supports de communication logistique et magasins, gestion des SAV suite aux réceptions
Recyclage et valorisation des équipements magasins : Suivi budgétaire, proposition de solutions de recyclage ou de dons du matériel non utilisé
Gestion et analyse de stocks : Mise à jour des requêtes BO, suivi et mise à jour du prévisionnel d’activité, analyse et optimisation des stocks
